Apple USB-C to VGA Multiport Adapter
You can connect a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) enabled Mac to a VGA display using the USB-C VGA Multiport Adapter. You can also connect standard USB devices and USB-C charging cables.
The USB-C VGA Multiport adapter allows you to mirror your Mac display to a VGA-enabled TV or display in up to 1080p HD. It also outputs video content, such as movies or filed videos. Simply plug the adapter into your Mac’s USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port, then connect it to your TV or projector via a VGA cable (cable sold separately).
A standard USB port can be used to connect devices such as flash drives or cameras, or to connect a USB cable for syncing and charging iPhone, iPad or iPod. You can also charge your Mac by connecting the charging cable to the USB-C port.
